~We have had committed members with staff well represented. Although there have been several administrative changes since the process began, all administrators have been very supportive and active members of the committee.
Our team has always used data at every meeting to determine the current “hot” spots and find innovative ways to reduce problems in those areas. We have formed subcommittees of other staff members to generate ideas. After each team meeting, e-mails, and meeting minutes go to all staff members to keep them informed. A major strength of our school has been the seamless transition of new members to the team. Their enthusiasm has provided motivation, impetus to continue growing, and modifying the program. |
