TEAMING:
| The team was not chosen. We chose to do this for our school, our students, and our faculty. We work well together finding solutions.
When we find there are areas that have a high occurrence of major infractions, we come together as a team and decide if re-teaching is needed or more adults in an area, or other interventions.
We are in the process of getting our own PBS page going on the website. For now, we relay information at faculty meetings. We work together to give support to all on campus. |

IMPLEMENTATION:
Teaching our expectations and quarterly review of how the expectations and behaviors should be seen throughout the school.
OUTCOMES:
The climate of our school has changed as well as the morale. Students know what is expected and know how to show it. Most teachers are consistent with our rules and expectations and it shows. The behaviors we have seen in previous years are non-existent.

OBSTACLES:
We have had to work on our meetings, coming up with solutions to problems instead of just complaints. We have had movement in our school as well, so keeping our team in place had been something we continue to monitor. Having two coaches and a team leader has been an obstacle. Finding the time to get these people together to discuss issues and then bring them to the team has been difficult. It seems redundant to have both coaches attend meetings and then bring the information back to a team leader who then relays the information back to the team.
