TEAMING:

Everything is passed through the Administrator, we have representation from all groups (Head Start, ESE, Assistants, Migrant teachers, etc.)

We have looked at the locations and made changes, we have looked at the time of year & added extra instruction, etc.

Emails & Meetings- monthly

Everyone agrees that it is working and a good and positive way to improve behavior.

IMPLEMENTATION:

Our top area is teaching expectations. We have signs posted everywhere of what our expectations are for that area. We have power points for each area that are used as lesson plans.

OUTCOMES:
Our campus is overwhelmingly positive since PBS started. Children are told what we want them to do, not what we don’t want.

OBSTACLES:
We only have one very busy administrator, but our coach is the “designated administrator”, so input is done that way. Our community does not have a lot of money to help with the school & we do not have a PTO to help either, so each teacher keeps a “school store” in their room, from donated items to reward achieved expectations.
